Natalia comes from Russia and was raised in Riga, Latvia where since a very young age, she attended gymnastic and choreography school. Ever since her first steps in the art of movement Natalia has kept an interest in activities that require strength, flexibility, balance and control. Yoga unites all of those elements while boosting physical and mental wellbeing which she believes makes for a life worth pursuing. Natalia believes in a yoga practice that will leave you feeling peaceful, exercised, and most of all grateful for the world around you and hopefully with a smile on your face.
Natalia is a qualified RYT yoga teacher trained in traditional Ashtanga and Power Yoga.
