YOGA BIO
 

I have practised yoga for 20 years and have 400 hours teacher training. I am qualified to teach yin, vinyasa flow, Hatha, pre and post natal yoga.

I teach over 15 classes a week alongside being a full time mum to three gorgeous boys.

The thing I love most about yoga is that it can be modified to suit anyone !.. The thing I love most about teaching yoga is helping people feel good in themselves.

One of my favourite styles of yoga is yin... Yin yoga is much more about quality than quantity ...

The perfect complement to other sports or simply a busy lifestyle.

By holding asanas for longer periods of time (3 mins +) you work deep into the the body's fascia beyond the muscle fibres and into the connective tissue...

Yin yoga is the ultimate stretch, increasing flexibility, stilling the body and stilling the mind. It is perfect for all levels as we work slowly and each posture can be modified to suit your body.
