Tony Parsons

Tony Parsons teaches Yoga in the tension-free style inspired by Vanda Scaravelli, using gravity and the breath to rediscover and rejuvenate your back and joints.Inspired by Sophy Hoare’s and Diane Long’s wonderful teaching, Tony is a naturally sympathetic teacher of long experience, and prefers to take an individual approach with students. He also specialises in back/joint problems.

    Everybody is different. Every body is different. Whatever body type you are. However experienced or not you are. Whatever physical issues you have. This course is for you.

    Nobody can know your body better than you… this course will give you tools to enable you to become more aware of what your body needs, what your body likes.

    Discover how your body responds when you do things it enjoys. Work with your body and allow your breath, with the help of gravity, to release tension and stress.

    If it hurts... it's wrong!!
