  • Comprehensive Guide to yoga
  • This 8 week course will cover the 8 limbs of Yoga, this goes far beyond what could be taught in our normal classes, we will be learning the psychology of Yoga, covering all aspects , from Asana to meditation , In fact more than  this .

    We will share the time-honoured heritage of practical Yoga science since its origin,  undiluted , how to use it in your daily life routine ,and Its  immense potential that would essentially change your perspective to look towards your Life ahead . 

    Raaj has been practicing yoga more than 30 years.
    Yoga has been part of my life since my schooldays and my practice has helped me grow stronger and more flexible both on and off Matt.

    Suitable for every one from  beginners /Yogis who would like to learn more and go deeper in their practice of yoga
