I teach yoga from the heart; using music, breath and movement to release tension in the body and the mind. I am trained in both Kundalini Yoga and Dru Yoga, however my passion sits with Kundalini Yoga. As a yoga of awareness and experience, I like to teach it in a way that encourages and inspires others to create their own way of the yogi through their own experience. Dancing to the same song but in our own unique way. My classes incorporate freedom and fluidity of movement, yoga asana, dance, pranayam, mantra, meditation and relaxation.
One of my favourite quotes is by Yogi Bhajan, and one I try to live by: ”Make yourself so happy so that when others look at you they become happy too.
